Nicky Stanley

Nicky Stanley has a diverse work experience in the human resources field. They started their career in 2007 at Blue Arrow as a Resourcer/Administrator. In 2009, they joined Airbus as a Recruitment Advisor before moving to HSS Hire in 2011, where they worked as a Recruitment Advisor and later became a Recruitment Team Leader. In 2013, Nicky joined MAG (Airports Group) and took on various roles including Recruitment Partner, Talent & Resourcing Specialist, Talent Manager, and HR Business Partner. They worked in these roles until 2020 when they transitioned to their current role as a Senior HR Business Partner at Manchester United.

Nicky Stanley attended the University of Liverpool from 2004 to 2007. During this time, they pursued a degree in Sociology and Criminology and achieved a 2:1 classification.
