Prior to this, they worked as a Football Media Relations for Manchester United Women and operated within the Manchester United Press Office.

Steve also has experience as a Stadium Announcer and Matchday Compère for Manchester United. Steve was responsible for creating match reports for the club's website and social media platforms. Additionally, they worked as a MUTV Presenter, conducting live shows and interviews with players and coaches.

Before joining Manchester United, Steve worked for Brentford Football Club as a Senior Video Journalist and Producer, creating video content for the club's website and social media. Prior to that, they were a Freelance Football Reporter for the BBC. Steve also worked as a Football Producer and Director for adi.tv and as a Freelance Presenter for Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.
