Arne Kretsenger

Arne Kretsenger is an experienced security professional with a strong background in the hospitality and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Security for Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group since December 2021, Arne previously worked as a Security Consultant for HSafe and Advanced Security Protection from October 2017 to June 2022, focusing on pre-opening properties and process improvements in Dubai. Arne's extensive experience includes a tenure at Jumeirah Group / Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, where responsibilities as Director of Security and Group Director of Security involved training teams in emergency crisis management. Earlier roles included various supervisory and management positions at Sun International, spanning from 1998 to 2006, primarily in casino and entertainment venues. Arne holds multiple security management licenses from Dubai Police Academy and Mitchels Plein Protection Services, in addition to an EMT certification from Pretoria Ambulance College.
