Kelvin Cid

Kelvin Cid serves as the Assistant Restaurant Manager at the newly rebranded Open Fire Cooking restaurant, Sand & Koal, under the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group since August 2022. Cid participated in the Rising Fan - F&B Leadership Development Programme and served as a Cultural Exchange Ambassador at K’shiki Restaurant. Prior experience includes a role as a Customer Service Representative at JW Marriott and an Event Intern at Casa de Campo Resort & Villas. Cid's foundation in retail was established at Massimo Dutti and Coach, where expertise in product styling and sales was developed. Educational credentials include a Master of International Hotel Business Management from Swiss Hotel Management School and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Universidad Iberoamericana.
