Mike Barber

Mike Barber is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Customer Technology & Solutions at Mandarin Oriental since July 2025. Prior to this role, Mike worked at Deloitte Digital from April 2013 to July 2025, holding positions including Senior Director and Global Product Lead for Deloitte Tracker, where responsibilities included the design, development, and management of a project management tool. Mike also served as Chief Technology Officer for the Deloitte Assets & Solutions Group in San Francisco, collaborating with Salesforce. Earlier experiences include a focus on customer applications and data at Deloitte UK, solutions architecture management at Astadia, and consultancy roles at Jigsaw Learning Technologies and Abbey. Mike holds a BSC (Hons) in Computer Information Systems from De Montfort University, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
