Will Mayor Flpi

Will Mayor FLPI currently serves as the Head of Learning & Development at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group since November 2019. Prior to this role, Will Mayor FLPI held various positions in the Shangri-La Group, including Assistant Vice President and Area Director of Learning & Development, with a focus on Hong Kong and Dubai, respectively. Additional experience includes serving as Learning & Development Manager at Dorchester Collection and Maybourne Hotel Group, as well as working as a Training Consultant on a freelance basis. Earlier in the career, Will Mayor FLPI gained significant experience at Virgin Atlantic Airways, where roles included Training Instructor and Cabin Crew Supervisor.
