Y.K. Pang

Y.K. Pang is currently the Director at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Pang has over 7 years of experience in the customer service and hospitality industry. Pang began their career as a Guest Relations Officer at InterContinental Hotels & Resorts in 2013. In 2014, Pang transferred to Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong as a Catering & Conference Coordinator and remained there for 4 years. In 2020, Pang left Four Seasons to join Hongkong Land Limited as a Customer Relations Officer. Pang stayed with Hongkong Land for 1 year before returning to Mandarin Oriental in 2021.

Pang graduated from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a degree in hotel management.
