Emilia Riikonen

Emilia Riikonen is currently serving as the Head of Real Estate Operations at Mandatum Asset Management. Prior to this, Emilia held the position of CEO and Head of Legal, Compliance and Risk Management at Trevian Funds AIFM. With a background as a Legal Counsel at Renor Oy and Senior Associate at Castrén & Snellman, Emilia brings years of legal and compliance expertise to her current role. Emilia has also gained valuable experience as a Trainee District Judge at the District Court of Hyvinkää and as a Legal Counsel at Preseco Oy and KONE. With a Master of Laws degree from the University of Helsinki and additional qualifications in asset and property management, Emilia is well-equipped for her leadership role in real estate operations.
