Upendra Mahajan

Upendra Mahajan serves as the Senior Area Manager for Customer Care at Mahindra & Mahindra since June 2016, overseeing customer care activities and service network management in Maharashtra and Goa, and achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction in the state. Additionally, Upendra has held the position of Customer Care Manager at M & M Ltd since September 2001. Upendra received education from BVJNIOT between 1997 and 1999.
