Paula Sancho

Paula Sancho has extensive experience in investment management and advisory roles. Currently serving as Directora de FINAVES and a member of the Board of Directors since August 2014, Paula also advises MangoStartupStudio as an external advisor and committee member since June 2022. Previously, Paula directed the weGrow program at IESE Business School from January 2016 to May 2022, supporting scaleups with a network of over 50 mentors. Additional experience includes serving on the Board of Directors at Impactmedia from September 2014 to October 2018, where the company was sold to Exterior Plus, and as Directora de Inversiones at SI Capital, focusing on renewable energy projects from November 2006 to July 2014. Early career roles included financial planning at Volkswagen AG and SEAT, S.A., and an associate position at Coram Clairfield. Paula holds an MBA from IESE Business School and has participated in an exchange program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, along with a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Valencia.
