Ritu Raj

Ritu Raj has a strong background in software support and customer service. Ritu has held various roles throughout their career, starting as a Senior Software Support Engineer at Synygy in 2006. Ritu then progressed to roles such as Lead Software Support and Software Support Manager, where they focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and driving process improvements. In 2014, Ritu joined Optymyze as a Senior Manager of Software Support, where they consistently delivered high-quality technical support services and implemented customer retention programs. Most recently, Ritu joined MangoApps as the Senior Director of Success & Support, where they oversee a team and ensures exceptional support services and customer satisfaction.

Ritu Raj completed their education in a chronological order. From 1984 to 1999, they attended UPKSS Vidyalaya Public School, where they earned their I.S.C. degree with a focus on PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics). Following this, from 1999 to 2003, they attended Babu Banarasi Das University, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science & Engineering.

Additionally, Ritu Raj obtained two certifications in April 2021. Ritu received the Cyber Security Foundation Certificate and the Cyber Security Foundation Professional Certificate (CSFPC™), both from CertiProf.
