Erik Josefsson

Erik Josefsson has an extensive work experience in investment banking, starting with their role as an Analyst in Mangold Fondkommission AB from January 2007 to December 2009. Erik then progressed to become a Project Manager in the same company, handling corporate finance transactions within the small and mid cap sector in Sweden from January 2010 to May 2013. Subsequently, Erik worked as a Director in Corporate Finance at Mangold Fondkommission AB from June 2013 to August 2014, overseeing areas such as ECM, DCM, and M&A. Erik finally took on the position of Head of Corporate Finance in September 2014, responsible for providing investment banking services particularly in the small and mid cap sector in Sweden. Prior to their role at Mangold Fondkommission AB, Erik served as an Account Manager in Nordic Custody Services at Svenska Handelsbanken Asset Management from December 2000 to December 2006.

Erik Josefsson's education history includes a certification as a Certified Adviser from NASDAQ OMX Nordic Exchange in 2007. In the same year, they obtained a Swedish securities market license for brokers and financial advisers from SwedSec. Prior to that, Josefsson attended Stockholm University from 2002 to 2006, where they completed their Master of Science degree in Business and Administration with a major in Finance.
