Karen Niedzwiecki

Karen Niedzwiecki has a long history of work experience. Karen began their career in 1998 as a Graphic Designer at Idea Marketing Group. In 2000, they joined The FaQtory, where they served as a Creative Director & Account Manager, Art Director, and Senior Designer. In 2010, they began volunteering as an executive for the Manitoba Chapter of the Society of Graphic Designers of Canada. In 2011, they joined the University of Manitoba as a Manager, Design and Creative, Senior Designer, and Communications Officer in the Marketing Communications Office. In 2019, they joined Manoverboard Inc. as a Studio Manager & Senior Designer. Most recently, in 2023, they joined Mangrove Web Development, a Certified B Corp, as a Senior Art Director.

Karen Niedzwiecki attended Red River College Polytechnic from 1995 to 1997, where they earned a Diploma in Graphic Design. Karen then continued their studies at the same institution from 1997 to 1998, graduating with an Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design with a Communication Design Major.
