Pamela Imperato

Pamela Imperato, PhD, serves as the Special Advisor to the President for Innovation at Manhattan Area Technical College, focusing on driving innovation and strategy for continuous improvement. Previously, Pamela held various leadership positions, including Dean of the College of Technology and the Donald W. Maine College of Business at Davenport University and as Dean of the College of Business at Bellevue University. Additional experience includes quality assurance in medical manufacturing at Viant Medical, directing ethics programs at Alegent Health, and academic roles at Bridgewater State University and the University of North Dakota. Early career experiences encompass legislative policy work with the California State Assembly and park management with the Boston Harbor Islands Park/Metropolitan District Commission. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Political Science with a focus on Public Administration and Public Policy from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, an MA in Critical and Creative Thinking from UMass Boston, and a BS in Biology from Emmanuel College.
