Layle Ellis is an experienced professional who has held various roles throughout their career. Layle began by working as an Analyst at Chevron from 1998 to 2005. Following that, they worked at Dresser, Inc. as a Supplier Diversity/Project Analyst from 2005 to 2009. Layle then joined United Airlines as a Manager, Supplier Diversity, where they played a key role in increasing spend with diverse suppliers and establishing herself as a thought leader in the diverse business community. In 2016, they became a Principal Consultant at TLF Group, LLC. Currently, Layle is employed at Manhattan Construction Company as the Director, Community Relations & Inclusion, where they are responsible for developing and managing company-wide strategies around diversity, equity, inclusion, and supplier diversity.
