Shannon Lane

Shannon Lane has extensive experience in leadership and business development within various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Manhattan Construction Company since February 2023, Shannon previously held the position of Director of the Choice Neighborhood Initiative at The Housing Authority of the City of Fort Myers from July 2020 to January 2023. Prior roles include Chief Executive Officer of Boys & Girls Clubs of Lee County, where extensive responsibilities included financial management, community outreach, and staff supervision from March 2011 to June 2020. Additional experience includes roles at the City of Fort Myers, Lee County, Boys & Girls Clubs of Saint Lucie County, and the University of Florida 4H Camp Cloverleaf, showcasing a strong commitment to community service and organizational development throughout a diverse career.
