Timothy Russell

Timothy Russell is an experienced professional in land and title services with a diverse background in right-of-way acquisition and quality control for government programs. Currently serving as a Senior Land Right of Way Agent at Contract Land Staff since May 2022, Timothy is responsible for acquiring gas and electric right-of-way for Consumers Energy. In addition, Timothy has been involved with the USDA SNAP Store Reviewer/Quality Control role at Manhattan Strategy Group since July 2021. Previous positions include co-owner and independent land and title agent at T & P Russell Enterprises, Sr. Right-of-Way Agent at Doyle Land Services, and various senior roles focused on right-of-way and title abstracting across multiple companies. Timothy holds a high school diploma from Duncanville High School and a Diploma of Ministry from Emmaeus Road Ministry School, along with education from Texas Tech University, Dallas Baptist College, and Dallas County Community Colleges.
