Kalina Ko is a Literary Assistant at Manhattan Theatre Club. Kalina previously worked as an Artistic Apprentice at Roundabout Theatre Company from September 2021 to March 2022. Prior to that, they were a Writer's Assistant at Eugene O'Neill Theater Center from June 2021 to August 2021, where they served as script assistant and assistant dramaturg on three productions for the National Music Theatre Conference and National Playwrights Conference, built scripts and supported guest artists for the Cabaret and Performance Conference, and provided literary and research support to the artists participating in the four summer conferences. Kalina also interned at Eugene O'Neill Theater Center from June 2019 to August 2019, where they reproduced and tracked script revisions that occur during the National Playwrights Conference and the National Music Theater Conference, provided literary and research support to the 100+ artists participating in the four summer conferences, screened phone calls and emails from artists and staff, resolving problems and directing calls to the appropriate departments or persons, and served as script assistant to 2 productions, inputting playwright edits twice per day and coordinating the printing and page replacements for the 15+ members involved in the production.

Kalina Ko attended Barnard College, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and American Studies. Kalina also attended Phillips Academy Andover.

They are on a team with Jerry Patch - Artistic Development Consultant, Elizabeth Sharpe-Levine - Literary Manager. Kalina Ko reports to Scott Kaplan, Director of Play Development & Sloan Project Manager.
