Chen Wang

Chen Wang is an accomplished laboratory operations and safety professional with extensive experience in managing R&D environments. Currently serving as Associate Director and Head of Lab Operations at Manifold Bio since October 2022, Chen has previously held leadership positions such as R&D Laboratory Manager at Pandemic Response Lab, where responsibilities included overseeing laboratory design, equipment procurement, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Previous roles encompass managing operations at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where Chen contributed to safety training, regulatory compliance, and logistics for COVID-19 vaccine trials.
