Dr. Lana Adeleye-Olusae

Dr. Lana Adeleye-Olusae, FCPHR, CMC, MBA, serves as the President of Surefooting Consulting and the Director of Human Resources at The Manitoba Museum, with a focus on providing strategic HR counsel and support to SMEs and enhancing employee relations. With extensive experience in organizational development, change management, and human capital management, Dr. Adeleye-Olusae has held various roles including Managing Consultant at Gaderol & Co. Ltd & Redeemer’s Business Academy and Chief Executive Officer at Andruche Investments Plc. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Leadership Coaching from Providence Seminary and an MBA in Financial Management and Accounting from the University of Lagos, among others.
