Andy Claybrook is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, operations management, and remanufacturing within the crane industry. Currently serving as Global EnCORE Director at The Manitowoc Company since October 2022, Andy has held various roles at Manitowoc Crane Care since July 2011, including Manager of Business Development and Senior Manager Encore Remanufacturing Operations, focusing on outsourcing, production capabilities, and vendor qualification. Previous experience includes supervisory roles at Manitowoc Cranes and General Supervisor at Federal Mogul, along with military service in the US Navy. Andy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from LaCrosse, earned between 2000 and 2006.
