Steven Bandstra

Steven Bandstra has extensive experience in engineering and product support, currently serving as the Director of Product Support for the Americas at The Manitowoc Company since September 2013. In this role, Steven oversees production quality, supplier quality, and reliability engineering for cranes in North America. Prior positions include Senior Manager of Quality and Reliability, Manager of Supplier Quality and Reliability Engineering, and Reliability Engineer at the same company. Earlier roles involve engineering responsibilities at International Experience, where Steven designed and tested an air filter, and worked on troubleshooting and repairing medical equipment. Steven holds a B.S.E. in Mechanical and Biomedical Engineering from Messiah University, where participation in the NCAA wrestling team and involvement in projects aimed at improving medical equipment in Zambia were notable achievements. Additionally, experience includes an engineering internship at The Valley Hospital and a position as Head Lifeguard at Brookside Racquet and Swim Club.
