Tracy Pleus

Tracy Pleus has extensive work experience in human resources, talent management, and organizational development. Tracy currently serves as the VP HR at Lakeside Foods since 2017. Previously, they worked at The Manitowoc Company, where they held multiple roles, including VP HR Mobile Cranes and Director of Talent Management. In these positions, they led the organization design team for the separation of The Manitowoc Company into two companies and established a global Talent Management Center of Excellence. Before that, Tracy worked at Kohler Co. as Manager of Organizational Development, where they facilitated business process re-design teams, implemented a performance management system, and collaborated with a university for a corporate leadership program. Tracy began their career as a recruiter at Omni Resources, Inc. in 1995.

Tracy Pleus earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 1991. Tracy then went on to obtain a Master of Arts degree in Communication and Organizational Development from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee between 1991 and 1993. In addition to their formal education, Tracy has also obtained several certifications, including SHRM-SCP from the Society for Human Resource Management, DDI Certified Facilitator from Development Dimensions International, and Green Belt from The Manitowoc Company.
