Director Of Manufacturing at Mann Lake

Adam DeCent has an extensive work experience in the military and in the private sector. Adam began their career in 2004 as a Unit Security Manager for the United States Air Force. In 2006, they were promoted to Superintendent of Equipment Maintenance Division and Production Manager of Missile Maintenance Department. In 2016, they moved to Chemring Ordnance as a Production Supervisor. In 2018, they were promoted to Value Stream Manager at Crane Aerospace & Electronics. In 2021, they were appointed Director of Manufacturing for Mann Lake Bee & Ag Supply. In this role, they direct the manufacturing sites overall efficiency and capacity, oversees demand planning and production scheduling to ensure delivery is on time.

Adam DeCent is currently enrolled in a Master of Arts in Organizational Management program at the University of Arizona, with a specialization in Human Resource Management. Adam previously attended Ashford University, graduating in 2018 with a BA in Organizational Management from the Forbes School of Business and Technology. Prior to that, Adam obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree from the Community College of the Air Force in Munitions Systems Technology in 2014.
