Michelle Szathmary

Michelle Szathmary has a long history of experience in safety and risk management. Michelle has worked as a Safety and Risk Management Manager for ICS, Inc since 2021, a Health and Safety Consultant for the Red Cross EU Office since 2017, a Safety Consultant for the North Dakota Safety Council since 2014, a Safety Manager for ShoreMaster INC since 2005, and a Fire & Safety Manager for Cca Prairie Correctional since 1998. During their time at ShoreMaster INC, Michelle was responsible for implementing, developing and enforcing company, State, OSHA, EPA and Federal regulations, Drug and Alcohol testing, DOT compliance and MVR's, coordinating industrial hygiene air sampling tests, Workman's Compensation contact and investigation for all WC Claims for all locations, annual safety training for all employees and other related safety training, CPR/First Aid/AED training, Corporate communication with Otter Tail Corporation risk management, conducting all safety audits and safety training, and heading 4 safety committees for ShoreMaster and partaking in safety audits for other Otter Tail company's around the U.S. Michelle is currently Environment, Health and Safety Manager at Mann Lake Bee & Ag Supply.

Michelle Szathmary attended Wadena SR High and obtained a General degree. Michelle also obtained certifications in OSHA 500 and 501 MSHA IS from the U.S. Department of Labor.
