Courtney Wegman

Courtney Wegman has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies and industries. Courtney is currently working at Compana Pet Brands as the Vice President and Head of Human Resources, a position they have held since March 2023. Previously, they served as the Director of Talent Management at the same company from August 2021 to March 2023.

Before joining Compana Pet Brands, Courtney worked at Anthem, Inc. as the Talent Strategy Director from March 2020 to August 2021. Courtney also held the role of Director, HR Business Partner at Centene Corporation from July 2019 to March 2020.

In terms of their earlier career, Courtney has held various HR positions at Bayer Crop Science and Monsanto Company. At Bayer Crop Science, they worked as the HR Lead for North America Marketing & Product Management, Tech Development & Agronomy from May 2016 to March 2020. Prior to that, they were the Global Engagement Lead at Monsanto Company from September 2013 to May 2016.

Courtney'sexperience also includes roles at MasterCard, where they served as the Business Leader for Talent Management and Development, Leader for Talent Development in Europe, and Human Resources Leader. Courtney was responsible for leading talent initiatives, implementing talent strategies, and facilitating workshops across multiple countries. Courtney worked at MasterCard from September 2012 to September 2013.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Edward Jones as a Training Specialist, facilitating leadership development training programs and coaching sales force teams. Courtney was with the company from February 2001 to May 2005.

Courtney's career began at Washington University in St. Louis as a Research Associate, where they managed research studies, recruited participants, collected data, and supervised student employees from July 1999 to February 2001.

Courtney Wegman obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University, where they attended from 1994 to 1999. In addition to their academic qualifications, Courtney Wegman has also obtained a certification from the Talent Strategy Group's Talent Management Institute in June 2021.
