Nathan Hobbs has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Nathan started their career as an HR Consultant at NM Financial Management in 1991. Nathan then joined SHL in 1993, where they held various roles including Practice Leader and Managing Consultant. At SHL, they were responsible for consultant development, client management, and training. In 2002, they joined OPP as a Principal Consultant, where they managed the Leadership Development practice and ensured the quality of client solutions. In 2006, they joined PDI Ninth House as a Senior Consultant. Finally, in 2010, they became the Client Director at Mannaz, and later served as the Director of Client Solutions until 2016. Overall, Nathan has held leadership positions and demonstrated expertise in leadership development and client management throughout their career.
Nathan Hobbs has an education history that includes a MA in Management Learning from Lancaster University (1997-1999) and a BSc (Tech) in Applied Psychology from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd (1984-1988). Nathan also has a TIHR Qualification in Advanced Organisational Consultation from the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations (2000-2002). In addition, they hold a certification as a Chartered Occupational Psychologist from The British Psychological Society (obtained in 1994).
