Nicky Thompson

Nicky Thompson has a diverse work experience in roles related to organizational psychology, consulting, and leadership development. They have worked with various companies, including Mannaz I Consulting & Learning, North Highland, The Association for Business Psychology, Turner & Townsend, Arup, Work Dynamics, Gijima, and De Vlamingh and Associates. Nicky's expertise includes organizational development, change management, leadership development, psychometric assessments, and stakeholder management. They have also gained experience in business development and brand representation. Nicky has been a tutor at the University of Cape Town and has contributed as a board member for the Association for Business Psychology.

Nicky Thompson's education history includes a Bachelor of Social Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Psychology from the University of Cape Town (2009-2011), a Master of Commerce in Organisational/Industrial Psychology from the University of Cape Town (2009-2013), a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.)
