Helen Napier

Helen Napier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental management and emergency services. Currently serving as the Manager of Sustainable Futures and Manager of City Amenity at Manningham Council since August 2014, Helen oversees various service units including Emergency Management, Environmental Management, Sport and Recreation, Parks, and Waste Management.
