Kerryn Paterson

Kerryn Paterson is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational leadership, currently serving as the Director of Experience and Capability at Manningham Council since September 2014. In this role, Kerryn Paterson leads various functions including people, culture, communications, customer service, technology, and business transformation to enhance customer experiences and maximize public value. Prior to this position, Kerryn Paterson held roles such as Group Manager of People and Communications and Manager of People, Culture and Risk within the same organization. Kerryn Paterson’s earlier experience includes positions at the Victorian Building Authority and Building Commission, advancing from Human Resources Advisor to Senior Human Resources Advisor.
