Slim Labidi

Head of Customer and Seller Support at ManoMano

Slim Labidi has over 15 years of experience in customer and technical support. Slim began their career as a Helpdesk manager with Ipanema Technologies in 2004. Slim then moved to ILOG, where they managed the Technical Support Europe team for just over a year. In 2009, they joined IBM, where they managed the ILOG L2 Support Europe team for three years. Slim then moved to InfoVista, where they served as Director of Enterprise Customer Support for two years. In 2018, they joined Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi as Manager of Service Delivery and Support for Connected Vehicles. In October 2019, they became Head of Customer and Seller Support at ManoMano.

Slim Labidi obtained a Master's degree from the ECE. Ecole d'ingénieurs. Engineering School. Slim also completed classes at the Lycée Janson de Sailly and the Lycée Pilote Ariana. Slim is certified in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the Lean Six Sigma Institute and in ITIL Intermediate OSA (Operational Support and Analysis) and ITIL Foundation v3 from AXELOS Global Best Practice.

Their manager is Gilles Terlier, VP, Customer Service and Seller Support Operations.
