Angelah Kusero serves as the Director of Workforce Development and Chief Strategist for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at Manpower Alberta, a position held since July 2015. Kusero manages the Opportunities Knock Program, which collaborates with the Alberta Ministry of Community and Social Services to provide free job placement services for unemployed individuals in Calgary, facilitating their swift transition into the workforce. Previous experience includes roles at CPHR Nova Scotia and Knightsbridge Robertson Surrette, alongside a background with UNICEF Canada as Regional Coordinator for the Atlantic Region. Kusero holds a Master of Education in Educational Psychology from Mount Saint Vincent University, as well as a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Arts in Peace & Conflict Studies and Business Marketing from the same institution. Additional qualifications include completion of SAIT Corporate Training in Digital Solutioning and various certifications in career education.
