Charlotte Dillmann

Charlotte Dillmann is currently the Team Leader of Core Recruitment Suisse Romande at Manpower Switzerland, a position held since April 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing recruitment processes. Prior to this role, Charlotte worked at Sofitex from August 2014 to January 2021, serving as a Chargée de recrutement et prestation on-site, where tasks involved collaborating with clients to define recruitment needs and manage the recruitment process. Additionally, Charlotte led an on-site project at Gefco Industrial Services, developing and overseeing services until project completion in December 2019. Charlotte holds a Human Resources Swiss Exam certificate from 2021 and a DUT in Business Management from Université de Haute Alsace.
