Christian Fornaschon

Christian Fornaschon has extensive work experience in various roles within the commercial and sales sectors. Christian is currently working as the Commercial Director at ManpowerGroup Deutschland since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director Group Key Account Management at Randstad Deutschland from October 2018 to February 2022. In this role, they led a team of Key Account Managers and was responsible for growing strategic and profitable group market share.

Before joining Randstad, Christian worked at British Airways for over two decades. Christian'sroles at the company included Corporate Sales Manager Central Europe, Market Initiative Manager Europe - Revenue Management, Commercial Manager South East Europe, and Business Manager Sales North & East Europe. Christian also completed the Graduate Development Programme during their early years at British Airways.

Christian Fornaschon completed their education from 1993 to 1997. Christian attended the University of Portsmouth, where they pursued a BA (hons) degree in European Business. During the same period, they also studied at FH Münster and obtained a Diplom Betriebswirt degree in Betriebswirtschaft.
