Ron Needham

Ron Needham is an honors graduate of Penn State University. He is a decorated veteran having served in The United States Army - Infantry.

Ron has an interesting connection to the Manpower Family. After completing his service in the US Army, he began his professional career as a temp for Dun & Bradstreet via our Lancaster, PA Branch office.

Ron held a variety of Operational and Sales Leadership roles during his tenure at D&B, including helping the organization build out new and adjacent businesses to drive double digit growth during difficult economic conditions, lastly as Vice President of Enterprise Accounts.

In 2009, he was recruited to SAP to help them build out a new business discipline as Vice President of Sales for their Global Cloud Incubation Organization. There, he built out a high energy organization focused on strong growth in new and emerging markets.

In 2016 he joined Salesforce as Vice President of Enterprise Sales where he helped them continue their history of strong double-digit growth.

Within Manpower, Ron, in his current role as Senior Vice President – North American Sales, is responsible for driving increased customer satisfaction, continuing Manpower’s focus on building a strong culture, and delivering consistent top line growth across North America.

Ron works closely and supports a variety of Autistic Awareness and Educational causes and Veteran outreach programs.
