André Dameto

André Dameto is currently the D Financeiro at Manserv. André has over 17 years of experience in finance, including Chief Financial Officer positions at Nitro Química and legal representative positions for the company encompassing external affiliates and offices in the US, Uruguay, and Austria. As CFO, they were successful in managing financial areas, Controlling, Accounting, Treasury, Budgeting and Planning as well as Legal, IT and a Trading Company in Austria. André supported the 5 years Strategic Plan which resulted in an increase of 69% on revenue and 50% on Ebitda in the last five years thus adding BRL 515M on dividends to the shareholders.

André was responsible for planning and setting up a trading Company in Austria which brought a tax shield of USD 1,5M a year. Additionally, they evaluated and approved tax shield legal premises which have provided savings of BRL 20M in the last five years. André was also successful in enhancement of bank relationships from one to six premium banks between 2012 and 2018, which allowed approvals of financial operations to fund exports, working capital and capital expenditure both domestically as well as abroad. This has reduced the company’s debt cost by 180 basis points in such period.

In 2016, they were responsible for developing the corporate insurance policy which enlarged the risk coverage and reduced the insurance costs by 23% between 2016 and 2019. André has maintained strong relationships with clients in order to support domestic and export market on financial issues. Additionally, they support the Investment Fund management to guarantee effective governance and high levels of control to the investors.

The educational career for André Dameto includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universidade de São Paulo in the field of Controlling and Finance, CFO Academy training from Deloitte in the field of CFO’s Competences, and a post-graduation in Finance and Accounting from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado. André also has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from USCS - Universidade Municipal de São Caetano do Sul in the field of Business Administration. In addition, they have completed executive education programs in Innovation from Fundação Dom Cabral and in Leadership from the same school.
