Orlando Gomes Bertholdo has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Orlando is currently the IT Digital Director at Manserv, where they are responsible for leading the company's digital transformation strategy and overseeing teams in technology, data science, agile, and digital products. Prior to this role, Orlando worked as the Innovation and IT Head at Unidas, where they supported the CIO in innovation and digital transformation processes and led projects related to fraud protection and IT team restructuring. Orlando also served as the Innovation, Systems, and Projects Director at Grupo Contax, where they managed technology innovation, search, and development teams. Before that, Orlando worked at Atento as the IT Superintendent, where they played a pivotal role in IT strategic planning and participated in the board business committee. Orlando also held positions such as IT Manager, Consultor de TI, and Analyst de Sistemas during their tenure at Atento. Orlando started their career as a Systems Analyst at HP.

Orlando Gomes Bertholdo obtained an MBA in Project Management from FIAP - Faculdade de Informática e Administração Paulista. Orlando also holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with a focus on System Analysis and a degree in Information Systems, both from Fundação Santo André.
