Antonio Carlos Vischi

Antonio Carlos Vischi has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Antonio Carlos began their career in 1984 as a Project and Product Planning Supervisor at COFAP - Companhia Fabricadora de Pecas. Antonio Carlos then moved on to become the Managing Partner at VECTOR MOTOS LTDA in 1992. From 1997 to 1998, they served as the General Manager of the Logistics Division at MANSERV GROUP.

In 1999, Vischi joined Groupe PSA as a Purchasing Manager and later took on the role of Expatriation as Procurement Manager Europe, working in France, England, and Spain. From 2005 to 2010, they served as the General Procurement Manager for Latin America at Groupe PSA.

Antonio Carlos manages a team of 280 employees, including C-level Directors and managerial staff. Antonio Carlos implemented Process and Results Management tools, a performance Evolution program for HR, and achieved significant cost reductions and turnover reduction.
