Lucy Duffin has an extensive background in the healthcare industry, with experience in various management roles from care home manager to regional support manager. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Mansfield Care Ltd, Lucy also previously worked at Barchester Healthcare as a Commissioning Manager and at brighterkind as a Care Home Manager. Lucy graduated from the University of Stirling with a degree in Learning Disability Nursing.
