Yahia Fouda

Associate Professor at Mansoura University

Yahia Fouda is an Associate Professor at Mansoura University since December 2022, with a prior tenure as a Lecturer from June 2017 to February 2023. Yahia also served as a Research Fellow at the University of Leeds from August 2015 to May 2017, focusing on powder spreading in powder bed additive manufacturing. Earlier, Yahia was a PhD Researcher at Loughborough University from October 2010 to July 2015, where research centered on solid-gas multiphase flow, and worked as a Teaching Assistant for fluid mechanics and thermodynamics labs and tutorials. Additionally, Yahia contributed as a Research Associate in multiphase solid-liquid flow and as an Assistant Lecturer at Mansoura University, providing labs and tutorials in various areas of mechanical engineering from September 2006 to September 2010. Yahia holds a PhD in Experimental and Computational Study of Multiphase Flow in Dry Powder Inhalers from Loughborough University, an M.Sc. in Experimental and Computational Liquid-Gas Multiphase Flow, and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, all from Mansoura University.
