James Aiton

James Aiton has a diverse work experience in the recruiting industry. James is currently the Managing Director at Mantell Associates, a global life science and pharmaceutical headhunting firm. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of EU at Skills Alliance. Additionally, they held roles as an Associate Director and Business Manager at Vantage Consulting, a Senior Business Manager at REED, a Senior Associate at Oliver James Associates, and a Technical Sales Consultant and Associate Consultant at Michael Page.

James Aiton attended the University of Florida but did not obtain a degree. In 2011-2012, they pursued a Physical Education Teaching and Coaching degree (PGCE) at the University of Wolverhampton.
