Tom Bryan

Tom Bryan's work experience starts with their current role as the Principal Business Manager - Contract at Mantell Associates, a global life science and pharmaceutical headhunting firm. Tom joined the company in September 2023 and is responsible for providing staffing solutions to clients in various sectors within the industry. Prior to this, Tom worked as a Principal Contract QA and RA Specialist Consultant at Adecco from April 2022 to August 2023. Before joining Adecco, they held consultancy roles at Austin Vita and Austin Fraser, specializing in QA and RA in the medical technology and pharmaceutical industries. Tom's career began at John Lewis, where they worked as a Sales Coach and Sales Assistant/Section Manager from 2014 to 2018.

Tom Bryan attended St Bartholomews from 2012 to 2014 where they pursued A Level degrees in Psychology, Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts, General, and Economics.
