Sophie Packer

Sophie Packer has a diverse work experience in the recruitment and consulting industry. Sophie worked at Mantell Associates as a Principal Business Manager, specializing in bioinformatics, biometrics, and machine learning. Prior to that, they held roles at Fraser Dove International as an Ambassador for LIFT UP - Women in Life Sciences and as a Sales Manager. Sophie also worked at Strativ Group as a Principal Recruiter and at Trinnovo Group as a Principal Recruiter, focusing on bioinformatics, data science, and biometrics. Earlier in their career, they worked at Salt as a Senior Consultant in product management and at HFG Insurance Recruitment as a Consultant.

Sophie Packer attended John Paul College from 2005 to 2010 for their primary and secondary education. Sophie then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Public Relations at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, Sophie also completed a short program at Cass Business School, earning a Bachelor of Business degree in the field of Business.
