Theodore Andersen

Theodore Andersen has been working in the industry since 2012. Theodore began their career as an Afterschool Leader at Mill Valley Parks and Recreation in 2012. In 2014, they joined MVCode, first as a Club Coordinator, where they managed a site of 170 active members and increased club sales of memberships and camps by 110% within the first year. Theodore then moved on to Club Director, where they oversaw two clubs and all operations in the Marin County/North Bay, CA area. Theodore led a team of four managers and 20 instructors, and recruited, trained, and motivated managers and instructors across two locations. In 2016, Theodore was promoted to Regional Director, where they orchestrated all aspects of daily operations including grassroots marketing, recruitment, staff management, customer service, and client communications within regions of operation. Theodore grew enrollment and client retention through community outreach, highly personalized communication, and exceptional customer service. In 2021, Theodore joined Manticore Games Inc. as a Creator Relations Manager.

Theodore Andersen attended Tamalpais High School from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a High School degree. Theodore then attended Santa Rosa Junior College from 2011 to 2012, studying Fire Science/Fire-fighting. Theodore then attended College of Marin from 2012 to 2017, studying Communications. Additionally, they obtained a CPR certification.
