Palak Sharma

Palak Sharma has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Beginning in 2017, Palak worked as an Assistant Account Executive at Vinit Gloves Mfg Pvt Ltd, where they managed accounts using Tally ERP and MS Excel. In 2017, Palak also joined Kaivalya Education Foundation as a Fellow, working on the grassroots level to improve the Indian education system. They then transitioned to Samait Shala in 2019 as a Curriculum and Training Associate, focusing on creating an inclusive learning environment through curriculum design and teacher capacity building. Currently, Palak is employed at Mantra4Change as a Solution Design Lead, utilizing their skills to drive innovative solutions.

Palak Sharma obtained a B.COM (Honours) degree in Accounting and Finance from Shri Shikshayatan College, Calcutta University, Kolkata, during the period of 2014-2017. Prior to that, they completed their AISSCE (12th) in Commerce from the Central Board of Secondary Education in the years 2006-2014. Palak also holds additional certifications in various fields, including the Ability to Execute (A2E) Lead Journey from McKinsey & Company, WF100-Orientation Program in Entrepreneurship from Wadhwani Foundation, Certified Industrial Accountant from The Institute of Computer Accountants, Certified Tax Professional from ICA Edu Skills, and Tally ERP 9 from Tally Education Pvt Ltd.
