Sarkar Mehdi

Sarkar Mehdi has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Senior Program Associate for the National Urdu Program and held positions as a District Project Coordinator and Center Head for various programs at Pratham Education Foundation. They then joined Piramal Foundation in 2018, where they worked as a Program Leader for district transformation programs in collaboration with NITI Ayog. They also served as a Divisional Facilitator, leading 4 Aspirational districts of Jharkhand and establishing the "Surakshit Dada Dadi Nana Nani" campaign. In 2022, Sarkar Mehdi joined Mantra4Change as a Program Lead-UP STRIDE, leading education change initiatives in collaboration with the Directorate of Basic Education Department UP.

Sarkar Mehdi completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from Aligarh Muslim University in 2009. From 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Master's degree in Social Work from Maulana Azad National Urdu University.
