Beatriz Sánchez

Beatriz Sánchez is the current Director of Human Resources at Manty. Prior to this, they were the Talent Acquisition Manager at Qonto from April 2019 to September 2019. Before that, they were the Head of Talent Acquisition and Growth at YOSS from November 2017 to March 2019.

Before their work in the private sector, Sánchez worked for Secours Catholique-Caritas France as the Chargée de recrutement des missions rémunérées internationales from August 2014 to September 2016. In this role, they were responsible for volunteer recruitment for all paid international missions.

Sánchez began their career at Deloitte in July 2012 as a Consultante en Transformation Organisationelle - RH. Beatriz worked on organizational transformation projects in the public and consumer sectors. Her responsibilities included organizational diagnostics, feasibility studies to transform functional organizations, defining new organizations based on an analysis of skills, the market, etc., and designing implementation plans that included communication, training, and management strategies.

Beatriz Sánchez has a degree in International Business from NEOMA Business School, a Master's degree in Human Resources from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and a certification from Prosci in Change Management.
