Tinus van de Velde

Tinus Van de Velde is an experienced designer and developer with a diverse background in creating user-centric solutions. Currently serving as a designer at Manual.to since February 2024, Tinus also operates as the founder, freelance designer, and developer at Suited Penguins since July 2012. Notable previous roles include co-founder of Ambetand, which connects patients with urgent dental complaints to nearby dentists, and UX consultant at Niko, where user experience for the Two Wire smart doorbell was enhanced. Tinus has also contributed as a UX/UI designer at Uitgeverij Van In, focusing on the redesign of an online learning platform, and held multiple roles in design and development at Cloud. Earlier experience includes web design at ABO Service, consultancy at IT-Planet NV, and an internship at AZ Alma's IT department. Tinus holds a degree from Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen, obtained between 2008 and 2011.
