Chloe Lavin

Chloe Lavin has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Chloe is currently working as the People Director at Manual, a position they started in 2022. Prior to this, Chloe held several leadership roles at Publicis Sapient, including Director People Experience, Director People Success, and Director People Strategy. These roles involved overseeing people strategy, change management, organizational development, culture change, governance setup, and leading local people teams. Chloe also served as the Senior Manager and Manager of People Strategy during their time at Publicis Sapient. Before that, Chloe worked as an HR Manager at UBS, a Career Development Specialist at Google, a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Wellington Management and Procter & Gamble, and an Events and Training Specialist at La Biosthetique. Overall, Chloe has demonstrated expertise in people management, strategy, and organizational development throughout their career.

Chloe Lavin has a MSc degree in International Employment Relations and Human Resources Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), which they obtained in 2009. Prior to that, they completed a BSc in International Business and Human Resources Management at Northeastern University from 2003 to 2007. Chloe also holds a BSc in European Business Studies from NEOMA Business School, which they obtained in the same period.
