Jo Ellen Sines

Jo Ellen oversees the Construction Division of M Luis, including estimating, construction management and field operations. She worked for Corman Construction, Inc., a large heavy civil contractor in the Mid-Atlantic, for over 35 years, progressing from project engineer to executive management and held a vice president position for over 20 years. Jo Ellen is a Graduate of Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and is a Certified Design Build Institute of America Professional.
